Justice_Legal_CourtLegislation and regulation are always areas in the online casino industry that tend to generate quite a bit of discussion. There is an ongoing narrative in many countries where the arguments for and against online casinos are generally quite well developed.

Each time the subject of regulation versus prohibition comes up for any kind of public dissertation, basically the same arguments reworded into different forms are always the mainstay of the narrative.

Generally, this tends to sum total of the information on which the decisions tend to get made. The circumstances always change but the basic points for and against generally do not.

Currently, in Poland, we have a situation where there is wide spread suspicion that an entirely different type factor is fueling the a move towards the introduction of a ban of online casinos.

The Polish government has has been suffering badly recently from scandals affecting some of its highest-ranking officials. A good proportion of these scandals have involved connections and the movement of money with figures in the casino industry.

Given this very particular set of circumstances, the timing of this movement towards a ban has been very much brought into question.
